Special Meeting Minutes
- Call to Order and Roll call The meeting was called to order by Board Vice President Tim Bower at 12:04 p.m. Board members present via Zoom were; Margo VonStrohuber, Mark Porter, Tai Ward. Tim Bower attended via conference call. Kelly Scott joined at 12:08 p.m. Absent- John McKerley and Christi Welsh.
- Approve the budget amendment for the 2021-2022 school year. Margo VonStrohuber moved to approve the budget amendment for the 2021-2022 school year. Tai Ward seconded. Motion carried; all ayes (4).
- Approve the budget for the 2022-2023 school year setting our total tax levy at $11.54. Margo VonStrohuber moved to approve the budget for the 2022-2023 school year. Tai Ward seconded. Motion carried; all ayes (4).
- Adjourn Margo VonStrohuber moved to adjourn at 12:07 p.m. Mark Porter seconded. Motion carried; all ayes (4).
- 12:08 p.m. Kelly Scott joined via Zoom and agreed with all recommendations.
