- Call to Order and Roll call. The meeting was called to order by Board President Christi Welsh at 11:33 p.m. Board members present were; Margo VonStrohuber, Tai Ward, Kelly Scott, John McKerley, Christi Welsh, Mark Porter and Tim Bower.
- Approve the Certified Employee Hires Tim Bower moved to approve the list of Certified Employee hires. Margo VonStrohuber seconded. Motion carried; all ayes (7).
- Adjourn Margo VonStrohuber moved to adjourn at 11:42 a.m. Kelly Scott seconded. Motion carried; all ayes (7).
